The mission of the Spanish North Texas Youth (SNTY) Ministries is to partner with the NTY Ministries and the local churches of the North Texas District (NTXD) in the process of equipping and empowering young people to fully devote their lives to Jesus Christ.
Providing opportunities to be equipped through ministries and BILINGUAL events geared toward youth.
Providing opportunities to be empowered through evangelism and Move the Mission.

Jacob & Isabel Arceo
Spanish Youth President
Jacob currently serves as the Spanish Pastor of Dallas First Church along with his wife Isabel. They recently welcomed their firstborn son, Silas Jacob, and they couldn’t be happier. Previously, they have served as the Director of Promotions for SNTY since 2016. On May 1st of 2021 they were elected to serve the Spanish North Texas Youth Ministries as President.

Andres Jr & Diana Garcia
Spanish Youth Secretary
Andres Jr currently serves as the Music Director to his local church “Iglesia Ministerio Estruendo Pentecostal”, where his Father is also his Pastor. Andres Jr and his wife, Diana, have served in various capacities in Spanish Youth Ministries both on the local and district level. Currently they both attend North Texas Christian College. On August 5th of 2022 he was appointed to serve as the Spanish Youth Secretary.

Emanuel & Zuleyka Garcia
Spanish Youth Promotions Director
Emanuel currently serves as the Youth Director of Ministerio Estruendo Pentecostal, where his Father is also his Pastor. They most recently celebrated their wedding ceremony in September of 2021 and are loving the newlywed life. On May 28th of 2021 he was appointed to serve the Spanish North Texas Youth Ministries as Director of Promotions.

Luis & Crystal Vargas
Spanish Youth Events Coordinator
Luis Sr currently serves as a Minister at Nueva Generación de Jesús. On June 17th of 2022 he married his wife. They have four children, Luis Jr, Lisa, Abel and Josiah; that are the absolute joy of their lives. He has served in Youth Ministry for over 25 years and was a integral part of the Texas District Spanish Youth Ministries. On May 28th of 2021, he was appointed to serve as the Spanish Youth Events Coordinator where he serves as the Team Lead of the SNTY “Serve Team”.

Enyer Dovales
Spanish Youth P7 Director
Enyer currently serves as Assistant Pastor at Iglesia La Vida, where his Father is also the Pastor. Enyer graduated from Purpose Institute in Garland, TX with his Foundational Diploma in Ministerial Studies. He was born and raised in Venezuela and has been in Texas since December of 2016. On July 10th of 2021 he was appointed to serve the Spanish North Texas Youth Ministries as the P7 Director.

Samuel & Gracie Lira
Spanish Youth Hyphen Director
Samuel currently serves at Victory Life Church as a Minister alongside his wife Gracie Lira. They married on November 28, 2020, and on June 18, 2021, he received his Local License with the UPCI. They recently welcomed their newborn daughter, Emberlynn Joy Lira, on October 28, 2023. Samuel loves to ride horses and is the undisputed champion in UNO. On February 23, 2024, he was appointed to serve the Spanish North Texas Youth Ministries as Hyphen Director.
